Potli Samosa - Pastry pockets with lightly spiced potatoes, green peas and oven roasted coriander seeds
Makhmali Murgh Tikka - Creamy marinated chicken morsels, and cashew, paired with a tangy tomato and chilli techa
Ranaq-E-Seekh - Lamb mince, marinated with nutmeg powder and chopped pimentos, crispy onion rings
Main (Choice of 1 dish):
Palak Aur Khumb [v] - Button mushrooms and minced cottage cheese in a garlic and onion gravy
Murgh Tikka Butter Masala - Tandoor roasted chicken thigh fillets, folded with tomato and barista
Champaran Goat - Traditional dish from the Champaran region of Bihar, diced goat, herbs, regional ingredients
All feasts are served with Basmati Pulao & Butter Naan.
