POTLI SAMOSA - Pastry pockets with lightly spiced potatoes, green peas and oven roasted coriander seeds
KASTOORI MURGH TIKKA [n] - Chicken morsels infused with turmeric, saffron, cashew, yoghurt, cream paste and tandoor grilled
LEHSUNI SEEKH - Lamb mince, marinated with nutmeg powder, black cardamom & smoked garlics
Main (Choice of 1 dish):
METHI RUGRA MASALA [v] - Button mushroom tossed with fenugreek leaves, garlic and tomato
CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA - A classic tandoor cooked chicken morsels with tomato, fresh coriander, ginger, garlic, green chilies
DELHI KI NIHARI GOAT - Slow cooked diced goat with saffron, ghee, cardamom, clove and cinnamon. "Traditionally was eaten as a breakfast dish by the Mughal aristocracy”
All feasts are served with Basmati Pulao & Butter Naan.
