Our head chef Kailash has designed a stunning menu featuring some of Bihar’s most cherished dishes. Start your evening with a refreshing Sattu Ka Sharbat, a traditional Bihari drink, and move on to a range of aromatic curries, including the tender Ahuna Goat and flavour-packed Chicken Bihari Boti.
Whether you're a fan of rich flavours or prefer milder dishes, there’s something for everyone. This celebration is all about the diversity and vibrancy of Indian cuisine, with a spotlight on the unique dishes of Bihar.
